…の様子はいかがですか？
How is…?は「…の様子はいかがですか？」という意味で、
通常…には名詞が続きます。
Howは通常「どのような」という意味を持ちますが、
isが続くと、「…はどうですか？」という意味になります。
普段の日常会話で、「調子どう？」や「仕事どう？」というような内容も
"How is everything?"や
"How is your work?"と表現できるので、
比較的よく使うフレーズです。
