Can [Could] you tell me …?
…を教えていただけますか？
Can you tell me-?は「-教えてもらえる？」という意味で、
通常-には名詞が続きます。
「あなたの-教えてもらえる？」という場合には
Can you tell me your-?と、yourが続きます。
Can you tell me how to-?という文章もよく使いますが、
「-の方法を教えてもらえる？」という意味になり、
-には動詞の原形が入ります。
