Can [Could] you + 動詞の原形?
…していただけますか？
Can you-は「-してもらえる？」という意味で、
通常-には動詞の原形が続きます。
Could you-？を使用すれば丁寧な尋ね方になり、
「-していただけますか？」という意味になります。
さらに丁寧にしたい場合はCould you please-と、pleaseをつけるとよいでしょう。
