Is it possible for you to + 動詞の原形?
（あなたが）…することは可能ですか？
Is it possible for you to…?は「…することは可能ですか？」という意味で、
通常…には動詞の原形が続きます。
Can you…? も同じく「…できますか？」という意味を持ちますが、
possible=可能かどうかを尋ねているこちらの表現の方が、丁寧な尋ね方になります。
