…するつもりです
I'm going to…は「…する」という意味で、
通常…には動詞の原形が続きます。
I'm going to?は「これから～する」といった、
未来の予定を伝える際に使う表現です。
willを使ったI'll～の意志未来形と違って、
「私がこれから～します」という意志に基づく積極性を表すニュアンスは意志は含まれません。
